明治21年の創業。
仕込みに関しては、昔ながらの「大甕」にて
ゆっくり時間を掛け熟成をさせています。
上品な香りと心地よい余韻はまさに極上。
通常 「熟成」 や 「ブレンド」 をしなければ
味の安定や品質の維持向上は
難しいという焼酎の概念とは一線を画し、
ブレンドは一切なし。
土作りから取り組んでいる
芋の栽培の力によって原料の力、
そして醸造発酵の技術が活きた
1本になっています。

Founded in 1888.
For brewing, we use traditional "large earthenware vats" to slowly age the liquor over time.
The elegant aroma and pleasant finish are truly exquisite.
This product stands apart from the typical concept of shochu, where "aging" and "blending" are necessary to stabilize and improve taste and quality. Here, no blending is used at all.
Through our commitment to soil preparation and the cultivation of sweet potatoes, the natural strength of the ingredients, combined with our brewing and fermentation techniques, result in a truly exceptional product.
