蔵元の槽口（ふなぐち）。

楯野川の生酒シリーズ「楯野川無我」は、
究極の新鮮さを体感できる槽口の
臨場感、雰囲気、香り、そして空気をそのまま新鮮な状態で

「無濾過」 採れたそのままの
「無加水」 濃厚な旨味を持つ原酒で
「無加熱」 フレッシュな生酒として
「泡を立て無い」 自然な発泡感を残したまま
「時間を置かない」上槽当日に瓶詰め
新鮮味あふれる美味しさを「無我夢中」に追求。

シリーズ第4弾、ファイナルを飾るゴールドボトルは
しっかりとしたボディがあり、口に含むと凝縮した旨みを感じます。
ボトルは酒米の王様らしい黄金色で、
五味のバランスが高水準でとれたリッチな味わいを表現しております。

The Ultimate Freshly Pressed Raw Sake
A sake that only the brewers can taste, directly from the brewery
Immediately after pressing, a trickle of sake drops from the brewery's pressing mouth (Funa-guchi).
Normally, only the brewers can experience this taste.

The "Tatenokawa Muga" from the Tatenokawa raw sake series was created to deliver the ultimate freshness. It captures the live experience, atmosphere, aroma, and air of the Funa-guchi and delivers it directly to the customers in its freshest state.

**"Undiluted"** using a rich raw sake with deep umami
**"Unheated"** as fresh raw sake
**"No foam"** preserving its natural effervescence
**"No waiting"** bottled the same day as pressing
The pursuit of deliciousness in its freshest form, relentlessly aiming for "Muga" (selfless pursuit).

The 4th and final edition of the series, the gold bottle, has a firm body, and when tasted, it offers a concentrated umami.
The bottle, in a golden color reminiscent of the king of sake rice, expresses a rich flavor with a high level of balance among the five tastes.
