あべシリーズから「たかね錦 純米吟醸」が登場。
本製品は、阿部酒造のプロダクトの中でも珍しく、
華やかな香りを放つ酵母を採用したお酒
その香りに合わせて、酸度は控えめで、
甘みを感じる設計になっています。
普段、当蔵では酸を意識した酒造りをしていますが、
あえて酸を出さないという、王道的なレシピを採用しています。

The "Takane Nishiki Junmai Ginjo" from the Abe Series has arrived. This product is one of the rare offerings from Abe Shuzo, as it uses yeast that produces a fragrant, floral aroma. To complement that fragrance, the acidity is kept mild, and the design emphasizes a sense of sweetness. While we typically focus on acidity in our brewing process, for this sake, we’ve intentionally chosen a classic recipe that doesn’t emphasize acidity.
