ふわりと香る上質な吟醸香と、雑味の無い瑞々しく優美な旨味が魅力です。
白身魚のお刺身や、お出汁の効いた鍋料理、
蟹や海老などの海鮮系のお料理とよく合います。

A thrilling bottle has arrived from Eiko Fuji.

This sake is crafted from Yamagata Prefecture’s 104th sake rice variety, *Yukigami*, polished to 33%, a challenge to fully bring out its charm and true potential.

The radiant flavor it exudes is named *Platinum*, like the brilliance of a jewel.

With a delicate and refined ginjo aroma, its clean, fresh, and elegant umami is its main attraction.
It pairs beautifully with white fish sashimi, hot pot dishes with a rich dashi, as well as seafood dishes like crab and shrimp."
