フレッシュな純米吟醸酒。
うららかな春の陽気の中でゆったりと楽しんで頂けるよう
低温で丁寧に発酵させ柔らかな香りとまとまりのある
きれいな味わいに仕上げられています。

アルコールは14度、新潟県産五百万石を100%使用。
ヤリイカや菜の花の天ぷら、春野菜たっぷりのサラダなど
旬の食材と合わせて楽しむも良し。

※「つばくろ」とはツバメの別名。
寒い冬が終わり、春の訪れと共にやってくるツバメは、
商売繁盛や子宝成就の象徴とも言われる縁起の良い鳥です。

A fresh Junmai Ginjo sake.
Carefully fermented at low temperatures to bring out a soft aroma and a well-balanced, clean taste, this sake is made to be enjoyed leisurely in the gentle warmth of spring.

With an alcohol content of 14%, it uses 100% Gohyakumangoku rice from Niigata Prefecture.
It pairs wonderfully with dishes like tempura of squid and rapeseed flowers, or a spring vegetable salad, making it a great choice to enjoy with seasonal ingredients.

*“Tsubakuro” is another name for the swallow.
The swallow, which arrives with the spring after the cold winter, is considered a symbol of prosperity in business and the fulfillment of wishes for children, making it a bird of good fortune.
