名前にもある壽限無（じゅげむ）とは、
2010年に福岡県の川村範光によって育成されたイネの品種で酒米の一つ。
地元の酒蔵「日野酒造」との共同企画として
「山田錦」を花粉親、「夢一献」を種子親とする交配によって
民間の方が個人で育成されました。
福岡県の2017年産醸造用米の選択銘柄です。

A thrilling bottle from Eikou Fuji has arrived! (^^♪

The name "Jugemu" refers to a variety of rice developed by Norimichi Kawamura in Fukuoka Prefecture in 2010, and it’s one of the sake rice strains.
This rice was cultivated through a collaborative project with the local brewery "Hino Shuzo," where "Yamada Nishiki" was used as the pollen parent and "Yume Ikken" as the seed parent, leading to a crossbreeding that was cultivated privately by local individuals.
It is one of the selected sake rice varieties for brewing in Fukuoka Prefecture's 2017 harvest.

The smooth mouthfeel and a delightful, plump sweetness are particularly striking.
It has a gorgeous ginjo aroma, and yet the crisp finish is truly surprising!
It’s a well-balanced, full-bodied flavor!
