乳酸発酵を行なったサワーエールにドライホップをして仕上げるこのビール。
ホップの香りと酸味があわさることで、
南国のフルーツのようなイキイキとした果汁感が口いっぱいに広がります。
今回は糖化のプロセスを少し見直したことで、
より酸が引き立つ仕上がりとなりました。
パイナップルのようなジューシーさと
レモンのような爽快な後味で明るい時間から
ごくごくといったら気持ち良いこと間違いなしです。

茅ヶ崎は早くも春が見え隠れしていて、
朝晩は冷えますが、日中は穏やかな陽射しも感じられとても良い雰囲気です。

This beer is a sour ale that undergoes lactic acid fermentation and is finished with dry hopping.
The combination of hop aroma and acidity creates a vibrant, juicy sensation in the mouth, reminiscent of tropical fruits.
This time, by slightly revising the mashing process, the acidity has been enhanced for a more pronounced finish.
With juicy pineapple-like notes and a refreshing lemon-like aftertaste, it’s sure to feel great when you take a sip from bright, sunny moments to carefree enjoyment.
