本年で7期目となる愛山の限定酒をリリースさせていただきます。
愛山が酒米のダイアモンドと一部では称されること、
その酒米のネーミングから「赤」をコンセプトカラーとしました。
酒米自体のポテンシャルとして、
美しく繊細な甘みを演出することから、
文字通り宝石を扱うように各行程を行いました。

愛山の持つ他のお米とは明らかに違う甘みを、
シンプルに綺麗に引き出すことを目指しました。
口に含んだ時に口中を旨味が包み込み次の一杯が止まらない、
時間を忘れその一杯に没入できるような
一本になってくれていたら嬉しいです☆

デザインも宝石をイメージしたものになっておりますので、
各ご家庭の一番おしゃれなグラスと合わせていただければ

This year marks the seventh release of our limited edition Aiyama sake.
Aiyama is sometimes referred to as the "diamond" of sake rice, and with that in mind, we chose "red" as the concept color inspired by the name of the rice.

With its potential to produce a beautifully delicate sweetness, we handled each process with the care of working with jewels.

We aimed to bring out the sweetness of Aiyama in a simple and pure way, clearly distinct from other rice varieties. When you take a sip, the umami envelops your mouth, and you can’t stop reaching for another glass—a sake that makes you forget time and fully immerse in the moment.

The design is also inspired by jewels, so pairing it with your most elegant glassware will surely add a sparkle to your table.

Over the years, as we’ve become more familiar with the rice, the sake has become progressively more refined and elegant. This year, the quality is particularly outstanding, and I believe it truly lives up to the reputation of the finest sake rice.
