口開けもとても元気で、程よい辛さと飲み心地がとにかく絶品。
微かなしゅわしゅわ感が、食前でも食後酒でも楽しめます。
生原酒は単品で飲むのもいいですし、
西京焼きやハム入りのポテサラと合わせても◎

The "Shinomine" Rokumaru series is also known as the "Ura Shinomine" series. It has an added ginjo aroma compared to the regular Shinomine line, and a slight sweetness that makes it a type of sake that opens up quickly in flavor.

The Ura Shinomine "Rokumaru" series is a sake available exclusively at select retailers.
When first opened, it is very lively, with a perfect balance of moderate dryness and a delightful mouthfeel. The subtle effervescence makes it enjoyable as either an aperitif or after a meal.
This raw sake is great on its own, but also pairs wonderfully with dishes like grilled miso-marinated fish or potato salad with ham.
