醸造発酵で子どもたちを救おうプロジェクト」⁣
本企画は被災した子供たちが２０歳を⁣
迎えるまで継続的に支援する団体⁣
「公共社団法人ハタチ基金」の活動に賛同し⁣
毎年醸造タンク１本分を⁣
「３．１１ 未来へつなぐバトン」の名で⁣
販売、売上金の全額分を寄付し⁣
子どもたちを支えていく活動です。⁣

"This year, the '3.11 Future Connecting Baton Special Junmai Genshu' has arrived at Misaki Sake Store.

Launched in December 2011 by Ichinokura Sake Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, the '3.11 Future Connecting Baton - Saving Children Through Brewing and Fermentation Project' was started with the aim of continuously supporting children affected by the disaster until they turn 20. The project partners with the 'Hatachi Foundation,' an organization dedicated to supporting these children, and each year, one tank of sake is sold under the name '3.11 Future Connecting Baton,' with all the proceeds donated to support the children.

Using the original sake rice from Miyagi Prefecture, 'Kura no Hana,' this sake has a soft mouthfeel, allowing you to gradually savor the umami of the rice. It’s a bottle that makes you feel the arrival of spring and brings a sense of comfort to your heart.

Though time passes busily every day, take a moment to sit back and appreciate the familiar warmth and tranquility of daily life.
