日本酒度−10とは思えない、お米の甘さ旨さ。

This is a limited-edition sake, shipped only once a year, marking the early spring season.

"Akatsuki" means dawn, the moment when night transitions into morning. It symbolizes the moment when something long-awaited finally comes to fruition, represented by the image of wings spreading powerfully.

A white "origarami" (sake with rice sediment) Junmai unfiltered raw sake, eagerly awaited for spring. Despite having a -10 Nihonshu-do (sake meter value), it boasts a surprising sweetness and umami from the rice. The crisp, effervescent mouthfeel and excellent balance make it truly enjoyable.
