新感覚の発泡桃色にごり酒です。
酵母が生きていますので冷蔵管理の徹底をお願いいたします。
低温で管理をしないと瓶内発酵に伴う
二酸化炭素の発生で瓶の破損の恐れがあります。
また、開栓時に中味が噴きこぼれることがあります。
このことについては、ネッカーで噴き出しについての注意喚起を行ってます。

This sparkling peach-colored cloudy sake is a new sensation with a sweet and sour taste, made using red yeast and low alcohol.
As the yeast is still alive, proper refrigeration is essential for storage. If not kept at a low temperature, carbon dioxide generated by bottle fermentation may cause the bottle to break.
Additionally, when opening the bottle, the contents may overflow. Please take note of this, as a warning about the potential for spillage is provided on the neck label.
