この力強さを表現するために、
ラベルは木版画家村上暁人氏のこの作品を採用しました。
常温～55℃がおススメ。

This is an unpasteurized sake made using the yamahai method.
It was created with the desire to produce a bold and powerful sake.
To reflect this strength, the label features a woodblock print by artist Akihito Murakami.
We recommend enjoying it at room temperature to 55°C.
With its strong umami and crisp finish, it pairs excellently with meat, making it a popular choice at yakiniku restaurants.
