From Motoyama Sake Brewery, we proudly present a new arrival: a Kimoto Junmai Nama Genshu made using the finest Yamada Nishiki rice. This sake, while gentle, exudes a strong presence—truly embodying the philosophy of Sake Brewery Hachibei.

The first sip reveals a round, mellow mouthfeel, settling into a calm and composed taste. The rich, full-bodied umami characteristic of Kimoto brewing unfolds, followed by the transparent texture that is a hallmark of Hachibei’s sake. A soft, graceful acidity harmoniously balances the overall profile, with a gentle sweetness lingering on the finish.
