This luxurious sake is made using the sake brewing rice "Gohyakumangoku" and brewed with sake instead of water. It features a refreshing aroma reminiscent of melon, with flavors that spread like citrus fruits. While it has a rich sweetness, the high acidity harmonizes beautifully, resulting in a special, easy-to-drink, and elegant "kijoshu" (sweet, aged sake).
