シナモン様の香りを放つ樹木「けせん」は
鹿児島の郷土菓子に使用されるなど、地元では大変馴染み深いものです。
芋焼酎の持つ風味、けせんの特徴香の相性の良さをロジカルに構築し、
独自の技法でそれらを調和させた天星酒造きってのチャレンジングな一本。
芋焼酎はまだまだ美味しくなれる。

ほんのりと暖かい地域の果物を思わせる甘やかな香り
水割りにすると黄桃、優しいスパイス感、複雑みのある余韻が
しなやかに広がります。

By logically combining the flavors of sweet potato shochu and the distinct aroma of Kesen, this is a highly challenging creation from Tensei Shuzo, harmonizing these elements through unique techniques.
Sweet potato shochu still has much potential to become even more delicious. We hope that you can feel this potential in every drop of this spirit.

It has a subtly sweet aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits from warmer regions. When diluted with water, notes of yellow peach, gentle spices, and a complex, lingering aftertaste gracefully expand.
It melts in your mouth like cherry blossoms gently falling in the wind.
Pair it with fresh cheese, dill, or seafood for a perfect match.
