This is a low-alcohol, unfiltered sake with an alcohol content of 14%, made from 55% milled Miyama Nishiki rice. If you shine a light from behind the bottle, you’ll see a cherry blossom design floating in the light. It’s a type that, while light, still has a solid flavor.

In previous years, the cat gazing at the cherry blossoms has been a sign of spring, but this year, it makes an appearance alongside the nighttime cherry blossoms.
