GLOW EP08のテーマは
「The sun also rises on you.（太陽はすべての人に等しくのぼる、あなたにも）」
日々様々なことが起こりますが、自分を信じチームを信じ、
このあたらしい日を勇気を持って動き出そうという気持ちを込めました。

創業以来、志布志市をはじめとした地域の方々の日常酒を造り続けてきた
若潮酒造さんが地域に寄り添うお酒づくりと併せて力を入れているのが商品開発。
培ってきた麹づくりや焼酎造りのノウハウをベースに、
世界の蒸留酒の製法や味と香りの捉え方など、
異なる分野から新しい考え方を積極的に取り入れていくことで、
焼酎の未来を描いていきたいと考えています。

The theme of GLOW EP08 is
**"The sun also rises on you."**
Though many things happen each day, we wanted to convey a feeling of belief in oneself and in the team, with the courage to start this new day.

Since its founding, Wakashio Shuzo has continued to make everyday sake for the people of Shibushi City and the surrounding areas. In addition to making sake that is closely connected with the local community, they have also focused on product development.
Building on their expertise in koji and shochu production, they aim to incorporate new perspectives from different fields, such as distillation methods and how to capture the taste and aroma of spirits from around the world. Through this, they hope to shape the future of shochu.

A lively, fresh aroma that bursts with energy.
Flavors reminiscent of the tropics.
It evokes fruits like peach, mango, and lychee, bringing to mind an eternal summer.
When the weather warms up, it's perfect for a soda mix and a toast!
