北海道の大地が育んだ酒米「きたしずく」を使用した "うすにごり"純米吟醸酒。
瓶の中でゆらめくその姿は、まるで舞い散る桜の花びらを連想させます。

A "unfiltered" Junmai Ginjo sake made with the sake rice "Kita Shizuku" grown in the fertile land of Hokkaido.
The appearance of the sake, gently swirling in the bottle, evokes the image of cherry blossoms fluttering in the wind.
When you take a sip, a soft sweetness, like the arrival of spring, harmonizes with a crisp acidity, while the smooth and pleasant lingering finish of the unfiltered sake expands.
